TSC AGM - Thursday 21st July 2022
Members can go down on Thursday to hear about all that's going on at the club
This Thursday is the sports club AGM. Members are encouraged to head down and join in at the meeting in respect to any voting.
The Annual General Meeting shall comprise of the below:

2. CHAIRS WELCOME AND INTRODUCTION
3. ELECTION OF DIRECTORS 2021-22
4. MINUTES OF THE LAST ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (19th July 2021)
5. ANNUAL REPORT (to 31st March 2022)
6. FINANCIAL ACCOUNTS AND BALANCE SHEET (up to 31st March 2022)
7. APPOINTMENT OF CLUB AUDITORS
8. RESOLUTIONS - Honorary Roles
9. CLUB DEVELOPMENT (PROJECT 18) UPDATE
10. ANY OTHER BUSINESS
11. CHAIRS CLOSING COMMENTS
12. CLOSE OF MEETING
An AGM meeting pack has been sent to Members providing details on each item of business and more information about how the meeting will work.
We ask that all Members who would like to ask any questions - usually asked for a specific 'Business Item' or under ‘Any other Business’ - to submit these in advance using the the online AGM Form for questions, apologies or appointing a voting representative or email to the Secretary at info@timperley-sports.com or entwisle.everett@btinternet.com.
We will try and address as many queries/questions raised as practically possible during the meeting along with on the night questions.
In line with our Rules, we are also conducting a ballot for TSC Ltd Directors elected from and by Members and eligible members will be emailed the link to Vote on line. Voting closes at 22:00 on Wednesday 20th July 2022 and the results announced at the AGM.
